80's WRESTLING CON!

80's Wrestling Con is a family-friendly convention. Fans of all ages will attend this event. Please use common sense, be considerate of others, and be aware of your surroundings. Everyone and everything is subject to search. Rules are subject to change without notice.

• Outside food and beverages including coolers or containers, cans, cups and bottles
• Knives, guns and any type of weapon or explosives
• Laser pointers
• Noise makers, whistles, and air horns
• Pets (except service animals)
• Professional still and video cameras (except for approved media personnel)
• Smoking (except in designated areas)
• Drones or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
• Roller skates, skateboards, wagons, carts, and scooters (excluding personal mobility equipment)

Re-entry will be allowed provided patron does not remove the wristband received at entry.

Memorabilia (championship belts, figures, etc.) are signed at the discretion of each guest and may be subject to additional fees.

Photography of media guests and invited celebrities is prohibited. Each guest has their own photo policy, which varies from individual to individual. Media and some exceptions are exempt only with express permission given by the celebrity or their representative.

Photographers may not set up any lighting structures or backdrops or obstruct the flow of convention traffic.

All minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children age 6 and under (2 children per paid adult) are admitted free with adult supervision.

80's Wrestling Con is a rain or shine event.

Lineup and set times are subject to change.

All ticket sales are final. There are NO refunds.

Guest appearances at 80's Wrestling Con are not guaranteed and are subject to change, delay, or cancellation at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes due to illness, travel issues, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you acknowledge that

no refunds will be provided due to any changes, delays, or absences of scheduled guests.

When you enter 80’s Wrestling Con, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording, and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by 80’s Wrestling Con and its affiliates and representatives.

Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar 80’s Wrestling Con events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of 80’s Wrestling Con. You release 80’s Wrestling Con, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, or webcasting, irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.

You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by 80’s Wrestling Con or the person or entity designated to do so by 80’s Wrestling Con. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

80's Wrestling Con is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive event experience for everyone and to creating a safe and entertaining environment where fans of all kinds can come together. As such, we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Making unwanted and/or discriminatory advances on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, physical appearance, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable federal or state laws
• Intimidation
• Stalking
• Harassing photography or recording
• Disruption of events
• Inappropriate physical contact
• Unwelcome sexual attention or other verbal or physical conduct of a discriminatory nature
• Creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment by engaging in such conduct

If you feel you are being harassed, witness someone else being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact event security or a 80's Wrestling Con staff member immediately.

This policy extends to all event areas, including hotel and convention center common areas, breakout rooms, and dressing rooms, and includes all talent, attendees, partners, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, and event staff.

80's Wrestling Con management has the sole discretion in determining what constitutes harassment under this policy. Participants or attendees asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

80's Wrestling Con management reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from its event (including future events) at any time, and to take any action deemed appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the event (without refund), and contacting law enforcement.
